Providing your data is voluntary, but it is necessary for various purposes. If you do not provide personal data, we will not be able to achieve the purposes set out below in certain cases.

- allow Globade or our contractual partners to answer your questions and provide you with information;
- prepare anonymous statistics on the use of the website;
- provide you with services;

Your data may be transferred to contractual partners to answer your questions and provide you with information. For example, when you ask a question about an advertisement, the relevant request is transferred to the contact person of the advertisement.

4. What data does Globade collect and on what legal basis is it processed?

Globade may also process your personal data for other purposes if there is a legal basis for this, for example, based on Globade’s legitimate interests to retain information necessary to protect Globade and third parties against potential claims, to ensure the security of the website and the information processed, and to provide the services offered and the website’s functions.
5. Children’s data
This website is not intended for children. We recognize the importance of protecting children’s information, especially in the online environment, and therefore we do not knowingly collect or process children’s data.
6. How long does Globade store your data
Globade will store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill our legal purposes, for the period specified in regulatory enactments, as well as for a certain period so that we can defend our legitimate interests.
The data you provide when registering as a user of the website and the related data are processed while your and/or your represented company profile on the website is active and for 5 years after your and/or your represented company profile is deleted (the relevant information will be archived).
Your placed advertisements will be archived in the system as inactive advertisements after the expiration of the period and will be anonymized until you delete them or a justified request to delete them is received.
The data of contractual partners will be stored as long as the relevant contractual partner deletes them. Information that is necessary for accounting purposes may be stored for 10 years after the last transaction, in accordance with applicable accounting law (for example, information on payments made or a service contract concluded).
We will store the data you provide to us on the basis of consent as long as your consent is valid and you have not withdrawn it. Certain data may also be stored after the withdrawal of consent if we have a legal basis for this (for example, if the information in question is necessary to be able to protect our or our contractual partners legitimate interests against possible claims).
If you have requested information from contractual partners using the website (e.g. sent a property inquiry, asked a question and/or offered your price to contact persons, real estate agencies, etc.), then the relevant information may be stored until the relevant contractual partner deletes it.
The last views of the website (advertisements) are stored in the browser’s memory until you delete them.
Audit logs may be stored for up to 6 months or longer if they are necessary for the resolution of a potential dispute, investigation, or if they do not include personal data that can identify a specific person.
Data subject requests and responses may be stored for up to 5 years, in accordance with the limitation period provided for in the Law on the Processing of Personal Data for claims arising from the processing of personal data.
Finally, if personal data are necessary for the resolution of a potential dispute, then the relevant personal data may be stored until the resolution of the dispute and/or the end of the legal proceedings or until the expiry of the applicable limitation period (the limitation period for transactions under the Commercial Law is 3 years, the general limitation period under the Civil Law is 10 years). When anonymized, data may be stored indefinitely and after anonymization is no longer subject to this Privacy policy.
7. How can you access your data, check its accuracy and correct it
You have the right to request a copy of your personal data at any time, to check the accuracy of the information stored, to correct and/or update this information. You may also request the complete deletion of your personal data, if applicable. You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data or to object to the processing, as well as to request the portability of your data.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with appropriate access to any of your personal data that we store within 30 days of receiving your request for access.
In cases where we process personal data on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Such withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data carried out before such withdrawal.
If technically feasible, Globade will, upon your request, ensure the portability of your data to another data controller.

To protect your privacy and security, we will take appropriate measures to verify your identity before providing information about your requested personal data, which may involve additional processing of your personal data.
